One high-tech feature of Traverse sits in the center of the instrument panel: a Compaq C-Series 2010C personal computer, one of the smallest computers available with a keyboard-less than 10 inches long and about four inches wide. It fits into a docking station, which closes to keep the unit hidden when not in use, but is removable for portable use. Also included is a wireless modem and hidden antenna installed under the windshield for connecting to the Internet.
